Q:  What kind of products can you manufacture?
A:  We are now producing a new product called "Auto Car Umbrella" that can protect  your car from sunshine and easily cool down the temperature inside your car.

Q: Can customer order customized products?
A: YES. We can offer. For any details, please send email to us monica@lanmodo.com.

Q: Can you print my picture or logo on the products? 
A: YES. We can.

Q: How long it will take to manufacture my goods?
A: For small order, 1-2weeks. For big order, 3-4weeks

Q: How to test the quality in your factory?
A:Our QC team will aerate the products to test it for 24-48 hours.

Q: How many years warranty your company can offer for the products?
A:We offer 1 year quality warranty.

Q: Which way you can ship the goods?
A: Shipment can be arranged by sea or by air. It takes 5-7days via Air and 18-45 days by sea. all the shipping cost should be paid by buyer.

Q:  When will you ship out goods for customer?
A: After we get 30% deposit, we will begin to manufacture, then we will inform customer the lead time. Once received the balance  we will ship out goods .

Q: What should I do if the goods can't reach on time?
A: We will inform our customer in advance if there is any delay.

Q: Do you have any insurance when send goods?
A: We purchase the insurance for goods during shipping.

Q: Which way customer can make payment for the orders? 
A: We accept Paypal & wire transfer & Western Union.

Q: Will you send an invoice to me for the payment?
A: Yes, we will send you invoice for your payment purposes.

Q: What currency do you accept?
A: We accept currencies like USD,AUD,EUR,HKD etc.

Q: How can I know my order is processed successfully?
A: Our online sales will keep you update for your order.

Q: How to install the product in destination?
A: You will find installation manual in each package. Or you still can contact our sales team to guide you how to install the products.

Q: Any service to help customer install the products?
A: We have online sales and support team stand by, and you can contact them to install the products.

Q: What do I repair the product if it breaks?
A:Minor cuts or punctures do not affect the performance when the inflatable products are displaying. For extensive damages, factory repair service are available at very little charges.

Q: For any question, how long your side will reply to me?
A: All coming emails and faxes will be replied within 24 hours.

Q: Through which way I can contact with your side?
A: You can get in touch with us through email, and others chatting tool: Skype, Live Chat. 

Q: What's your advantage of your products compared with others?
A: We have OC team who double-check and test each single product before sending to you.

Q: Which certificate does your company have?
A:We have Certificate of CE,FCC.

Q: Can I have your  price list?
A: Sorry, we can not. If you have any inquiry, please send email to us. We will reply you accordingly. And you can go to every product page to download our product catalogue for free.

Q: Do you offer free sample?
A: Sorry, we don't. Customer need to pay for every goods.
